Service introduction

        Small RNAs (sRNA) are important regulators of life activities, playing important roles in gene expression regulation, individual development, metabolism, and the occurrence of diseases. The Illumina sequencing platform can perform deep sequencing of all sRNA in the sample to achieve qualitative and quantitative research purposes. Each sample can obtain more than 10 million sRNA sequencing sequences. Through massive parallel sequencing, it can discover, identify, and quantify the small RNA map at the whole genome level of any species, the excavation of new mRNA molecules, the prediction of target genes, identification, and differential expression analysis between samples.
