凝膠過濾層	根據分子間的大小或者形狀差異進行分離	根據生物活性物質與特異性配體間的特異性親和力來達到分離目的
離子交換層析	根據蛋白質分子表面靜電荷的差異進行分離	陽離子交換主要是改變pH，主要應用于等電點大于5的蛋白質；陰離子交換主要是改變鹽濃度，適用于大部分蛋白質，除雜能力較強，對熱源質、核酸、外毒素及電荷性有差別的蛋白效果顯著。
疏水層	根據蛋白質與疏水吸附劑之間的疏水作用差異進行分離	適用范圍廣，原則上可用于所有蛋白質的純化，適合于從大體積中提取低含量的目標蛋白，對DNA及小牛血清去除率較高
親和層析	根據生物活性物質與特異性配體間的特異性親和力來達到分離目的	適用于抗原抗體親和純化，以及一系列標簽純化

Common protein purification methods

MBP Tag	42.5 KD	多糖樹脂吸附	可以減少目標蛋白的降解，增加蛋白的表達量和穩定性，提高表達產物的水溶性，但標簽較大，對蛋白的結構和功能會有一定影響。適用于包涵體的純化
Strep Tag	8個氨基酸 WSHPQFEK	生物素（biotin）和抗生物素蛋白鏈菌素（streptavidin）之間的結合反應。	純化流程溫和能保持目標蛋白活性；能進行變性條件下的純化；價格相對HIS Tag而言較高

天然蛋白純化服務

天然大分子蛋白分離純化	選用適當孔徑的分子篩分離純化，配合使用陰、陽離子吸附柱以及HLPC，鑒定并收取相應洗脫峰。
